Bad!

I know, very bad me, no post in quite a few days!  But to give you an idea why, these are all the models that I've basecoated with acrylics and then applied their oil layers to (all horses in the first two photos will be some shade or another of dun/grulla, third photo all will be bay or chestnut) -

 

As for commissions, I've been chipping away like crazy (if yours is not on the list anymore it is either shipped or waiting to be shipped)!

Cool Stuff and more photos!

Jennifer Buxton of Braymere Custom Saddlery has been doing a nifty series in her blog about performance classes requiring minimal tack.  The previous "installment" had just about the most adorable, patient Belgian I've ever seen, but today's post was just sheer awesomeness!  I am very familiar with the Puissance, but bareback??!  It's crazy and spectacular and terrifying all at the same time - serious props to those who do it!  Aside from the post in her blog, there's a nifty article about it here.

Anywhoo...here are some photos from today!  A few are commissions and a few are sale pieces I've had done for a bit, but couldn't get good photos of.

Seriously though, New Years resolution number one - USE THE DARN BLOG! lol
It may not be daily and they may not be terribly long [or always coherent], but I am going to really try to write in this thing at least 1-2 times/week at least to keep customers updated.
